Exchange allows users and organisations to export their records at any time.

Users can generate structured PDF exports containing:

logged case entries

expense records and attached receipts

associated notes

submission timelines

case summaries

Exports are generated on demand and can be saved locally or shared according to the organisation’s internal policies.

Exchange does not restrict the number of exports generated by licensed users.

Export functionality is provided to support documentation, reporting, safeguarding processes, and where required, legal or court-related submissions.

If an organisation requires a full structured export of all records associated with its account, requests can be submitted via support.
