Data Retention
Exchange is designed using a local-first architecture wherever possible.
Key principles:
Records are stored securely within the organisation’s account environment.
Data is retained for as long as the organisation maintains an active licence.
Archived cases remain accessible within the organisation’s case history unless deleted in accordance with organisational policy.
Exchange does not sell or share user data with third parties.
Organisations are responsible for ensuring their use of Exchange aligns with their internal data governance and safeguarding policies.
If an organisation terminates its licence, data export options remain available for a reasonable transition period.
For questions relating to data retention or removal, organisations can contact support.
