Requesting Deletion of Your Account
At EXCHANGE, we respect your right to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Family / Individual Users (V1)
The original EXCHANGE user workflow stores the majority of information locally on the user's device. This means that most user-created records, logs, and information are not stored on EXCHANGE servers.
To remove locally stored data, users can uninstall the application and delete any exported files stored on their device.
Staff / Organisation Users (V2)
Staff and organisation accounts use a centralised platform that stores account information and associated records within the EXCHANGE system.
Staff users may request deletion of their account and associated data by submitting a deletion request using the form below.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
1. Your request will be reviewed by an administrator.
2. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
3. During the review process, your account may be marked as pending deletion.
4. If approved, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from the platform.
5. If your request is rejected, we will provide further information where appropriate.
Pending Deletion Requests
If an account has a deletion request under review, access to the account may be restricted until the review process is completed.
If you submitted a deletion request in error or wish to cancel the request, please contact support as soon as possible.
